PMCS Monitors and controls 11kV Substations, 6.6kV Switchgears, Generators, Chillers, Transformers, LV Panels, Distributions Boards and completely monitors the energy conservation through Power Quality Meters and protections through Protection Relays. The PMCS will automatically operate the complete plants in Normal Power mode and Emergency Power Mode, Load shedding to other facilities.

Step-Down Power Grid substation at ICAD site supplies the Oil Filtration Field where Oil purification process takes place. Heavy Duty Power Receptacles, 3 phase, 4 wires, 400V shall be provided in suitable location for maintenance purposes for the indoor and outdoor substation areas. Power Panel consist of the Power Injector (Plug & Socket) which feds the Cabinet where Oil Filtration process occurs.

The Fiber optic cable used at site is for the secure and fast mode of data transfer between Transco and ADI. The transfer of data was between Relay room, SCMS room and Telecom room. 2 Fiber Optic Splice Box is used at two ends used to terminate Fiber Optic Cable. ST, FSMA and SC type connectors are used for the termination of cable. LT Cubicle, communication cable, RS-232C act as communication cable between the Telecom and SCMS station where LT cubicle are used at both sides. The relay station consists of FSMA Time synchro FOC, Transceiver. The SCMS station consists of 33kV SCMS server.
